Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods
Although we mainly use local pickup and local delivery, we do offer standard shipping, expedited shipping, and overnight shipping options. Shipping times and price vary based on the method chosen and your location. Please email hello@kate-martindale.com if you would like to inquire about shipping options and cost.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your selected pickup information.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the US only.
Shipping Issues
If you experience any issues with your shipment, such as a lost or damaged package, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist you. Kate Martindale Shop is not responsible for any damages that may occur through any delivery processes.
